Nine ribbons. Nine competencies. The Field Commander proves you can run all nine simultaneously in your actual life.
Course Overview
This ribbon does not add a tenth capability to the nine you have built. It integrates them into one operating system. The Field Commander does not choose which ribbon to deploy. All nine run continuously, simultaneously, and in parallel.
The thirty-day deployment installs that integration at the level of automaticity. You will complete three sequential ten-day missions — Foundation, Field Phase, and Full Deployment — before the commissioning. The Operative Manifesto is the final requirement.
This is Ribbon 10 of 10. You began this program as a recruit. You finish it as a Field Commander.

Full Pipeline, Program Structure
The full pipeline is designed for completion within two academic semesters for dedicated students. Self-paced students typically complete it in 12 to 18 months. The certification standard does not change based on pace. Operational standard determines graduation. The calendar does not.

Field Assignments
Practical drills executed in real-world environments to build muscle memory. You do not learn these in a classroom.

Field Logs
Written intelligence reports documenting execution and analysis. Graded logs require 80% minimum. The ribbon is earned, not given.

Capstone Missions
Final multi-day operational deployments for ribbon certification. 10 days within a 14-day window. Maximum 4 non-consecutive non-deployment days.

The Field Commander Ribbon is delivered by the full Academy faculty. Dr. Oroszi leads and commissions. She is the creator of all MPSA curriculum content, frameworks, and coined terminology — including the ten-ribbon architecture, all capstone mission structures, and the Operative Manifesto framework. The Field Commander is commissioned by Director Oroszi in the Shannon Final Command Briefing.
