What You Will Build
Power Mapping
Four nodes. Positional. Informational. Relational. Expertise. You map all four before the meeting starts. The person controlling the most nodes controls the outcome โ regardless of title.
The Five-Layer Analysis
Verbal. Tonal. Kinetic. Spatial. Atmospheric. When all five layers align, the message is real. When they diverge, someone is performing. You read all five simultaneously.
The Power Seat
Civilians choose seats for comfort. Operatives choose them for vantage points. Where you sit determines your influence before you speak a single word.
Strategic Silence
The Vacuum. You state your position and stop. The other person fills the silence with justifications, compromises, and information they did not intend to reveal. Silence is a force multiplier.

Full Pipeline, Program Structure
The full pipeline is designed for completion within two academic semesters for dedicated students. Self-paced students typically complete it in 12 to 18 months. The certification standard does not change based on pace. Operational standard determines graduation. The calendar does not.
